Do I need a developer to install CTRLift?
No. Setup takes minutes — no code, no theme changes, no technical knowledge needed.
Which review platforms does CTRLift work with?
CTRLift works with Judge.me and Loox. You need an active account with existing product reviews to get started.
What happens if I don’t have enough reviews?
CTRLift needs a minimum number of reviews on a collection to work properly. If you’re not there yet, install the app and add your collection — it activates automatically once you have enough reviews.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.
What counts as a collection?
Any collection page in your Shopify store — for example “Snowboards” or “Women’s Shoes”. Each plan includes a set number of collections you can activate CTRLift on at the same time.
